Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or related field
- Solid track record in AI R&D
- Good publications in A* conferences
- Hands-on experience in large-scale LLM training
- Experience with large, distributed servers
- Familiarity with distributed training frameworks
- Practical experience with training libraries and tools
- Deep knowledge of transformer modifications
- Deep knowledge of non-transformer modifications
- Strong expertise in PyTorch
- Strong expertise in Hugging Face libraries
- Practical experience in model development
- Experience in continual pretraining and deployment
Aufgaben
- Drive innovation in architecture development for AI models
- Enhance model intelligence and efficiency
- Explore and implement novel techniques and algorithms
- Curate data and strengthen baselines
- Identify and resolve pre-training bottlenecks
- Conduct pre-training on large, distributed servers
- Design and prototype innovative architectures
- Execute experiments and analyze results
- Refine methodologies for optimal performance
- Investigate and improve model efficiency
- Contribute to scalable training systems
