As an AI Full Stack Engineer, you will focus on developing and enhancing internal tools by integrating AI capabilities. This role involves collaborating with various teams to identify workflow improvements and translating those needs into effective technical solutions.

Anforderungen

• •Production experience with Node.js
• •Experience integrating and working with AI APIs
• •Strong coding skills and solid engineering fundamentals
• •Full stack capabilities: front end, back end, databases
• •Good prompting skills and ability to use current AI tools effectively
• •Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
• •Curiosity, initiative, and strong learning mindset (especially around AI)
• •Experience with TypeScript
• •Experience with n8n or similar automation/orchestration tools
• •Familiarity with agentic/system-thinking approaches for AI solutions
• •Experience partnering closely with marketing, UA, or other business/ops teams
• •Engineering-first mindset, with the ability to understand business context
• •Proactive approach: going to people, understanding their work, and suggesting improvements
• •Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements
