Anforderungen
- 3+ years relevant work experience (marketing, sales, analytics, product management, engineering, or applied AI/automation roles)
- Hands-on LLM experience, prompt engineering expertise, AI agent building (Copilot Studio/Google Vertex AI), low-code/no-code tools, ideally orchestration platforms for AI integration
- Ability to translate complex business problems into AI workflow requirements, designs, and plans
- Proficiency in process mapping, optimization, documentation, training program design, and internal documentation (playbook, prompt libraries, project reports)
- Cross-functional project management and stakeholder alignment skills
- Data-driven problem-solving, data analysis, KPI development/interpretation, translating AI capabilities into business outcomes
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
- Background in e-commerce or related field
- Awareness of data governance, privacy, ethical AI
- Familiarity with marketing & sales tools (Braze, Contentful, PowerBI, Google/Adobe Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Basic coding skills (Python) for scripting or data transformation
- Knowledge of A/B testing and AI experimentation frameworks
