Anforderungen
- Completed training or degree in graphic design, media design, communication, or comparable field
- At least 3 years professional experience in graphic or digital design
- Proven experience in prompt engineering for text-to-image and image-to-video tools
- Experience with at least one AI video tool (e.g., Kling, Runway, Veo, Pika, Luma, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva
- Excellent knowledge of image composition, typography, color theory, and layout
- Solid experience in motion design and AI-based video production
- High affinity for AI-driven workflows and emerging tools
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Very good German skills (minimum C1)
- English skills (plus)
- Experience with node-based workflow automation (e.g., Weavy, ComfyUI)
- Knowledge of After Effects or alternative motion graphics tools
- Understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing
- Experience with A/B testing of creatives
- Understanding of content performance across platforms and creative optimization
- Instagram platform knowledge (Reels, feed algorithms, formats, hook strategies, engagement triggers, hashtag relevance)
- TikTok platform knowledge (For You Page algorithm, trends, sounds, native aesthetics, watch-time optimization, loop strategies)
- YouTube platform knowledge (Shorts algorithm, long-form content, thumbnail psychology, retention curves, CTR optimization)
- Facebook/Meta platform knowledge (Reels, Stories, feed distribution logic, paid vs. organic reach)
- Design for reach with platform knowledge
Aufgaben
- Create static creatives using text-to-image tools.
- Refine creatives using Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Develop animated creatives and motion designs with AI tools.
- Design advertising materials for social ads.
- Design content for newsletters and websites.
- Design marketplace content and marketing campaigns.
- Design packaging for private label products.
- Design print materials.
- Evaluate and test new AI content tools.
- Develop and document recurring creative prompt templates.
- Build scalable AI workflows for creative batch production.
- Track costs for credit-based AI tools.
- Optimize efficiency of credit-based AI tools.
- Evolve the visual brand identity carefully and consistently.
- Derive design guidelines from produced creatives.
- Maintain design guidelines based on produced creatives.
- Plan design tasks in Jira.
- Execute design tasks in Jira.
- Document design tasks in Jira.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with Content teams.
- Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing teams.
