• •Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, and Canva
• •Knowledge of composition and typography
• •Experience in motion design

• •Structured and independent working style
• •Very good German and English skills
• •Experience with node-based workflow automation
• •Knowledge of After Effects
• •Understanding of e-commerce and marketing

• •Understanding of TikTok algorithms and trends

Aufgaben

• •Create static creatives using text-to-image tools
• •Refine designs in Figma, Canva, and Adobe
• •Develop animated creatives and motion formats
• •Design advertising materials for various marketing channels
• •Create packaging for private labels and print
• •Evaluate and test new AI production tools
• •Develop prompt templates for recurring formats
• •Build scalable AI workflows for batch production
• •Track costs and optimize AI tool efficiency
• •Evolve the visual brand identity consistently
• •Maintain design guidelines based on new creatives
• •Plan and document design tasks in Jira
