- Professional animation background (3D, boards, layout, design, modeling, compositing)
- Knowledge of animated storytelling (timing, exaggeration, readable poses)
- AI-assisted production experience (image and video)
- Ability to iterate under direction and maintain consistency
- 3D blocking or layout for staging and camera
- Finishing in DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Premiere, or similar
- Experience in Maya or Blender
- Lip-sync and dialogue performance
- Small pipeline improvements (templates, plugins, light scripting)
- Experience in writers’ room, kids’ or comedy formats, motion capture, or pitch / visual development
- Structured and collaborative work style
- Documentation of work
- Proficient German
- Excellent English

- Build and run hybrid animation pipelines
- Integrate traditional craft with AI for production acceleration
- Collaborate with writers, directors, designers, and editors
- Transform creative intent into moving images
- Work on animated series and formats
- Share tools and workflows with the broader AI team
- Support or create storyboards, shotlists, and animatics
- Structure work for animated rhythm
- Develop and maintain character, location, and style references
- Ensure AI output stays on-model
- Block scenes for spatial and directorial control
- Generate and refine images and videos with AI tools
- Composite sequences into coherent shots
- Work with human voice performances
- Handle lip-sync and facial acting
- Composite, grade, and polish shots for editorial integration
- Document workflows for repeatability and improvement
- Experiment with and adopt AI tools
- Reduce clicks and raise quality
- Share learnings with the wider AI unit
- Keep humans in the loop for critical tasks
- Use AI for speed, variation, and production scale
- Help define efficient animated content production
- Maintain a deeply efficient, open mindset
