Aufgaben
- Discover automation opportunities by observing People, Finance, and BizOps workflows
- Identify repetitive or context-heavy tasks suitable for AI
- Design lightweight automation solutions using tools like Zapier and n8n
- Build custom Python and TypeScript agents and tools
- Integrate agents with Slack, Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, HRIS, accounting stack, and data lake
- Measure the impact and adoption of AI automations
- Evaluate and optimize automations for time savings and quality improvements
- Train teammates to use AI tools effectively
- Run office hours for AI support and training
- Document AI usage patterns and best practices
- Set internal standards for AI privacy, GDPR compliance, and cost control
- Decide on building, buying, or skipping AI solutions
- Own the end-to-end process of AI automation
