- Take ownership of technical success within your assigned portfolio
- Focus on adoption metrics for assigned accounts
- Act as a single point of contact for customer needs
- Apply an outcome-based selling mindset in customer engagements
- Provide strategic advisory on data strategy and technology stack integration
- Ensure swift activation of use cases post-contract
- Deliver technical value using AI-powered development tools
- Guide customers on architectural best practices and resource monitoring
- Collaborate with the Account Team to highlight risks
- Nurture relationships with internal and external partners
- Create and deliver high-impact educational programs
- Act as a feedback loop for product development
- Triage customer inquiries and assist with demos and troubleshooting
