- Solid technical foundations
- Comfort with APIs, integrations, and MCP concepts
- Good technical understanding
- Hands-on, self-driven attitude
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Basic project management skills
- Availability for hybrid setup (2-3 days in Berlin office)
- German language skills
- Experience in running trainings and workshops
- Experience thriving in fast-paced startup/scaleup environment
- Product Management experience
Aufgaben
- Identify, scope, and build AI automations
- Develop Langdock workflows, agents, and integrations
- Deliver AI solutions from idea to working solution
- Provide go-to technical support for tooling
- Drive adoption of new tool features
- Enable teams to use upcoming tool capabilities
- Prioritize automation use cases with stakeholders
- Break down automation use cases for delivery
- Support workshops and enablement sessions
- Promote AI literacy and practical usage
- Collaborate on tool integrations with GenAI and TPM
- Manage feature requests and bug tracking
- Provide roadmap input for tools
- Manage the AI acceleration tech stack (Langdock)
- Advocate for needed features with partners
- Enable integrations and data sources
- Ensure RBAC and security for the tech stack
- Organize and support Teamcraft/Hackdays
- Support AI adoption initiatives
