Anforderungen
- Minimum TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, or related field and 10 years relevant experience or 15 years relevant experience
- 7+ years experience in mobility planning or Joint logistics
- Proficiency with JOPES, DEPs, TPFDD, and logistics systems
- Strong ability to work with multinational and interagency partners
- TS/SCI clearance required
- Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related discipline
- Experience with AI/ML integration in logistics operations
- Familiarity with AFRICOM AOR and operational environments
- Demonstrated ability to produce senior leader briefings and mobility documentation
- Prior experience supporting large-scale military exercises or operations
Aufgaben
- Provide expert guidance on deployment, sustainment, and redeployment activities
- Ensure AFRICOM J37 exercises are fully resourced and synchronized
- Enhance command’s ability to employ forces across the theater
- Integrate innovative mobility concepts and adaptive logistics
- Conduct detailed deployment planning and force flow validation
- Analyze multimodal movement (airlift, sealift, intra-theater moves)
- Plan theater distribution and equipment staging
- Advise on mobility funding execution and contract oversight
- Prioritize cargo and manage life-support requirements
- Integrate Component, Joint Logistics Enterprise, and interagency partners
- Produce mobility-specific risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Address weather, basing limitations, infrastructure constraints, and partner-nation variables
- Incorporate AI and machine learning for logistics forecasting and route optimization
- Develop and refine mobility annexes and concept of support documents
- Contribute to TPFDD inputs and deployment support products
- Participate in planning conferences, site surveys, and execution events
