- Hands-on experience with aircraft systems
- Proficient in using assembly and diagnostic tools
- Cherry picker/lift machine license is a plus
- English proficiency level B1 or higher
- Dynamic, disciplined, and reliable in work
- Strong initiative and proactive mindset
- Communicative and team-oriented
- Strict adherence to procedures and able to work autonomously
- Solution-focused and adaptable under pressure

Aufgaben
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly and maintenance on aircraft.
- Work on hydraulic, air conditioning, fuel, engine, and electrical systems.
- Conduct visual inspections for safety and quality compliance.
- Support aircraft storage and de-storage tasks.
- Use hand and power tools for assembly and testing.
- Follow FOD rules and internal procedures.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and assembly standards.
- Collaborate in a multicultural environment with team members.
- Be flexible to work shifts and weekends as needed.
