•Provide technical sales partnerships to retail customers
•Focus on AI-enabled business transformation
•Communicate the ServiceNow platform's extensibility and AI capabilities
•Develop and position technology-based solutions during sales cycles
•Drive AI opportunities to a technical win
•Conduct AI discovery sessions to uncover automation opportunities
•Identify high-impact use cases for retail operations
•Translate technical AI concepts for C-suite executives
•Lead technical workshops and build tailored use cases
•Partner with sales on account planning and strategy
•Develop compelling AI business cases
•Manage POV engagements, RFPs, and executive briefings
•Build demo scenarios showcasing industry-relevant AI applications
•Experiment with and troubleshoot ServiceNow AI capabilities
•Share technical learnings with the regional consultant community
•Represent the company as an AI subject-matter expert
•Conduct transition briefings to ensure successful deployment
