In this role, you will engage in risk analysis and evaluate supplier components while managing the APQP processes from design to production. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tracking progress, conducting root-cause analyses, and ensuring compliance with development standards.

Anforderungen

• •Technician or degree in engineering with additional qualification
• •Sound and practical knowledge of production and project management techniques
• •Experience with supplier quality processes
• •Experience in applying Q-methods (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC)
• •Good knowledge of Standards and OE customer requirements
• •Very high English skill level
• •Communication and mediating skills
• •Willingness to travel

Aufgaben

• •Participate in risk analysis for complex components
• •Evaluate component feasibility from suppliers
• •Plan and execute APQP processes for purchased components
• •Track APQP processes from design to serial release
• •Evaluate and approve PPAP/PPF of components
• •Update and document APQP status for project managers
• •Coordinate project reviews and reporting
• •Escalate issues as necessary
• •Conduct structured root-cause analysis for deviations
• •Implement structured problem-solving and follow-ups
• •Ensure compliance with the Webasto product development process
