- Solid experience with safety/security of physical systems, ideally at hardware/software interface, and in certification or homologation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in an intercultural environment
- Willingness for short/long-term business travel (Germany and abroad)
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Ability to read/interpret legal documents (EU regulations, contracts) and contextualize them
- Experience with common IT systems (Jira, Confluence, Slack)
- Experience with agile methodologies (SaFe)
Aufgaben
- Prepare and run regular and ad-hoc meetings
- Set meeting agendas
- Document meeting proceedings
- Take meeting minutes
- Design and implement processes and supporting systems
- Define future IT systems for ADSB operations
- Define incident-handling workflows
- Train ADSB members and maintain training documentation
- Plan and run dry runs for time-critical incident response
- Develop concepts for on-call services
- Set up on-call services for Incident Owners and ADSB
