Anforderungen
- •Vocational training in hotel industry or commercial sector
- •Work experience in accounting, preferably in hotel industry
- •Experience with OPERA / MICROS
- •Good knowledge of MS Office
- •Good knowledge of German and English
- •Willingness to work independently
- •Friendly, open, and professional demeanour

- •Prepare invoices and deposit invoices according to company standards
- •Manage accounts receivable and guest ledger, monitoring open balances with the Front Office team
- •Post and reconcile daily bank transactions in Opera
- •Issue payment reminders and coordinate the collection process
- •Control in-house payments and cash movements daily
- •Reconcile cash accounts and follow up as needed
