Anforderungen
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk, tax assistant)
- Additional qualification as certified accountant (IHK) or comparable further training (desirable)
- Several years of professional experience in finance or accounting
- Sound knowledge of accounting according to HGB; knowledge of US GAAP is advantageous
- Very proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision)

Aufgaben
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB/US GAAP).
- Manage accounts receivable sub-ledger and handle related queries, including special cases.
- Reconcile accounts and analyze/explain selected accounts (e.g., Sales Accruals, provisions, accruals).
- Manage intercompany reconciliations.
- Participate in group reporting (if relevant).
- Perform defined control actions in accounts receivable and for selected accounts.
- Assist in preparing and supporting internal and external audits in defined areas.
- Independently book current business transactions in daily operations.
