- Ability to build alignment and ensure efficient collaboration

- Analyze ERP accounting processes
- Optimize ERP accounting processes
- Continuously enhance ERP accounting processes
- Integrate accounting across the finance value chain
- Collaborate with ERP Product Owners
- Translate accounting requirements to functional specifications
- Support ERP implementation within the system landscape
- Ensure standardized accounting processes
- Ensure well-documented accounting processes
- Ensure future-proof processes for SAP or system migrations
- Act as contact for complex HGB accounting matters
- Support US GAAP-related accounting topics
- Ensure process adjustments align with regulatory requirements
- Ensure process adjustments align with internal governance standards
- Liaise with Accounting, Controlling, BCG Finance, and advisors
- Establish clear responsibilities in cross-functional initiatives
- Establish structured coordination in cross-functional initiatives
- Establish efficient workflows in cross-functional initiatives
- Develop the Accounting Manual
- Prepare functional concepts
- Prepare process documentation
- Establish consistent group finance standards
- Create sustainable and scalable solutions
