Aufgaben

  • Process and book accounts payable transactions
  • Reconcile open accounts payable items
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve supplier issues
  • Coordinate invoice payments with Treasury
  • Maintain vendor and bank master data
  • Assist with month-end closure activities
  • Process credit card and staff reimbursements
  • Manage VAT refund claims and operations
  • Perform ad hoc accounts payable duties
  • Support finance projects and administrative operations
  • Record accruals and deferrals for closing
  • Act as the focal point for a specific site
  • Manage invoice-control and accounting mailboxes
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Collaborate with the Budget Office and Purchasing
  • Liaise with scientific groups and external contacts
  • Assist across various accounting department areas
