- Adherence to internal guidelines
Aufgaben
- Review AP and receipts from a VAT perspective
- Assign accounts and record incoming invoices
- Post bank statements
- Check and post travel expense reports
- Manage cash flow
- Prepare and execute payment transactions
- Manage accounts receivable, monitor open items, and conduct collection activities
- Assist with asset accounting, recording, and management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support internal audits
- Maintain customer and supplier master data according to internal guidelines
- Review credit limits
- Submit monthly VAT returns and ZM reports
- Maintain employee master data in the HR system (LP Core)
- Communicate changes to employee master data to the third-party payroll provider
- Reconcile payroll accounts
- Maintain work time data (Fine Time for Windows)
- Prepare payroll accounting for the third-party payroll provider
- Report as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Generate Weekly AR Report
- Prepare Intrastat reports
- Support management with organizational matters, information distribution, and team event organization
