In this part-time role, you will handle various accounting tasks, including creating invoices and managing cash flow. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the monthly and annual closing processes.

Anforderungen

• •Completed commercial training with further education as a financial accountant or balance sheet accountant or training as a tax clerk
• •Professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a manufacturing company
• •Responsible handling of sensitive data
• •Very good numerical understanding and good analytical skills
• •Independent, structured, and organized working style
• •Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• •Good user knowledge in SAP Hana
• •Very good German and English skills in spoken and written

Aufgaben

• •Create, review, and post customer invoices
• •Verify and record bank statements and payment advices
• •Administer customer master data and orders
• •Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and general ledger accounts
• •Monitor cash flow and oversee payment collections
• •Assist in monthly and annual financial closing analyses
