- •Strong technical accounting skills
- •Accuracy, flexibility, and excellent language skills
- •Professional experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
- •Strong understanding of AP/AR processes
- •Knowledge of reconciliations and financial closing
- •High accuracy, reliability, and attention detail
- •Structured, independent, and responsible working style
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Support monthly and annual financial close processes
- •Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- •Process and verify invoices
- •Manage travel and expense bookings
- •Process expense reports
- •Prepare and execute payment runs
- •Ensure timely payment clearance
- •Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- •Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- •Report directly to the Finance Director
- •Coordinate with external Treuhand partners, banks, and auditors
- •Liaise with tax advisors
- •Ensure compliance with internal processes and accounting standards
- •Contribute to special finance-related projects
