Aufgaben
- Drive business development in Central Europe
- Execute existing trade marketing plans
- Develop new marketing initiatives with partners
- Manage full activation process from ideation to recap
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams
- Work with culturally diverse external partners
- Serve as main marketing contact for key accounts
- Execute integrated brand campaigns across channels
- Focus on conversion and performance in campaigns
- Align local activations with global brand calendar
- Partner with regional sales team for strategy alignment
- Prepare joint customer meetings with sales team
- Document and recap activation results and learnings
- Optimize future initiatives based on learnings
- Plan, track, and optimize seasonal marketing budget
