- 3 years of outside sales or senior sales engineering experience
- Background in machinery manufacturing and industrial automation
- Proven track record of consistent account growth
- Strong CRM proficiency and solid MS Office skills
- German (native level) and excellent English communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and new technology
Aufgaben
- Achieve or exceed sales targets
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
- Travel regularly to meet top customers
- Understand client needs and objectives
- Tailor value-based solutions for clients
- Develop deep knowledge of HBK’s solutions and market applications
- Conduct sales calls and respond to RFQs
- Prepare proposals and presentations
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Influence customer decision-making
- Navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Address and resolve client issues promptly
- Ensure timely follow-up to meet customer needs
- Coordinate contract negotiations and renewals
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical support teams
- Provide input on market needs for the product roadmap
