- •Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- •3 years of outside sales or senior sales engineering experience
- •Background in machinery manufacturing and industrial automation
- •Proven track record of consistent account growth
- •Strong CRM proficiency and solid MS Office skills
- •German (native level) and excellent English communication skills
- •Valid driver’s license
- •Entrepreneurial, innovative, and customer-oriented mindset
- •Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
- •Strong ability to understand technical concepts and new technology

- •Address and resolve client issues promptly
- •Ensure timely follow-up to meet customer needs
- •Coordinate contract negotiations and renewals
- •Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical support teams
- •Provide input on market needs for the product roadmap
