Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology
- •At least 3 years of consultative sales experience in engineering solutions
- •Experience in MedTech, Automotive, or Industrial sectors
- •Knowledge of test & measurement solutions or capital equipment sales
- •Self-motivation and autonomy
- •Strong relationship building and communication skills
- •Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- •Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time

- •Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for sustainable business
- •Represent Averna at tradeshows and events quarterly
