Account Manager(m/w/x)
Hunting and qualifying end-customer prospects for Solarsystems, Heatpumps, and Wallbox projects. Up to 1.5 years of target-bearing sales experience required. Performance-based bonus, VSOP package, and Deutschlandticket.
Anforderungen
- Up to 1.5 years of target-bearing sales experience (B2C or B2B)
- Experience selling PV, heatpumps, Wallboxes or adjacent home-services/energy-retrofit products
- C3 level German and working English
- Comfortable on phone, hearing no, asking for close
- Hands-on with at least one CRM (Attio, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
- Hunter mentality: treat empty pipeline as problem to solve
- Closer: name objection, drive conversation, comfortable with productive discomfort
- Disciplined: clean CRM and honest forecast are personal pride
- Resourceful: build own scaffolding, ask for help on right things
- Coachable: lose deals, hear no, take feedback, change behavior
Aufgaben
- Hunt and qualify end-customer prospects
- Focus on Solarsystems, Heatpumps, and Wallbox projects
- Pursue outbound, partner referrals, and inbound leads
- Maintain a disciplined ICP focus
- Run a short, structured sales cycle
- Qualify prospects quickly and accurately
- Manage a clean, honest pipeline in CRM
- Provide weekly forecasts
- Avoid hidden weak deals
- Hand off closed deals to Meister partners
- Match partners by geography, capacity, and project type
- Stay involved through project delivery
- Gather field insights on objections and lead sources
- Identify partner friction points
- Feed insights back into Growth, Product, and Operations
