- Assist Relationship Managers with account modifications and closures
- Ensure proper documentation is obtained for account activities
- Coordinate with clients and RMs on outstanding documentation
- Conduct due diligence searches for Know Your Client policies
- Uphold regulatory and compliance policies to mitigate risks
- Submit reports related to account activity on time
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Adhere to Private Banking service quality standards
