As an Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for clients, managing transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance. This role involves collaborating with Relationship Managers to maintain client satisfaction and uphold service quality standards.

Anforderungen

• •Four to five years of Financial Services experience
• •Bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish with excellent English
• •Knowledge of German and French is desirable
• •Good understanding of the Bank’s products and services
• •Strong client relationship management skills
• •Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• •Working knowledge of the Bank’s operating and support areas
• •Ability to utilize computerized account and product information systems

Aufgaben

• •Process client transactions such as wire transfers and loans
• •Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly
• •Provide administrative and operational support
• •Follow up on transaction accuracy
• •Assist Relationship Managers with account modifications and closures
• •Ensure proper documentation is obtained for account activities
• •Coordinate with clients and RMs on outstanding documentation
• •Conduct due diligence searches for Know Your Client policies
• •Uphold regulatory and compliance policies to mitigate risks
• •Submit reports related to account activity on time
• •Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• •Adhere to Private Banking service quality standards
