Account Manager(m/w/x)
Commercial management of engine MRO service contracts, coordinating shop visits and turnaround times. 3+ years commercial or technical MRO experience in a customer-facing role required. Work with high-value engine assets in a global MRO environment.
Anforderungen
- Commercial or Technical degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of commercial or technical experience in the MRO industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer facing position in the MRO industry
- Strong understanding of the MRO or related Aerospace business
- Strong business acumen and contract understanding
- Strong communications, negotiations and intercultural awareness skills
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Manage multiple customer accounts commercially
- Coordinate engine induction slots and shop visits
- Achieve revenue and P&L targets for customer accounts
- Communicate with customers about commercial and engine TAT topics
- Trigger internal and external escalations as needed
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Prepare and coordinate customer visits on-site or at their facilities
- Take P&L responsibility for assigned accounts
- Participate in contract handover meetings and analyze risks
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer feedback
- Organize and coordinate customer review meetings
- Lead kick-off meetings for new engine shop visits
- Provide accurate engine delivery information for planning
- Communicate commercial and TAT topics during shop visits
- Offer part replacements and discuss financial aspects with customers
- Issue preliminary invoices based on price estimations
- Review main/final invoices at the end of shop visits
- Build and release accruals for discounts and penalties
- Resolve invoice disputes with customers
- Support the cash collection process with Sales
