Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of U4F customers as their primary commercial contact
- Act as a product advocate and trusted advisor for customers
- Drive customer retention and expansion outcomes
- Identify and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Solution Consulting on growth
- Conduct structured account reviews to understand customer priorities
- Assess open issues, adoption, and future roadmap needs
- Build strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders
- Position Unit4 as a long-term strategic partner
- Align customer needs with solution positioning and value realization
- Coordinate with RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline progression in the CRM
- Manage opportunity stages and ensure CRM hygiene
- Contribute customer insights to the U4F go-to-market strategy
- Shape product development and commercial execution through feedback
