Anforderungen
- •Master's degree and 5 years sales experience
- •Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or related field
- •Technical knowledge of customer applications and workflows
- •Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- •Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- •Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
- •Analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- •Results-orientation and success in achieving sales targets
- •Independent and collaborative work in matrix environments
- •Valid driver's license and travel availability
- •Fluency in English and native German proficiency

- •Exceed quarterly and yearly sales quotas within the assigned territory
- •Sell and negotiate service contracts with end-users and procurement

- •Develop account-specific strategies to drive incremental growth

- •Support customer planning sessions and business reviews
- •Forecast the sales pipeline accurately using technology

- •Train and empower divisional sales partners to sell services
- •Maintain data integrity within the Salesforce CRM
- •Submit weekly reports and marketing intelligence updates
- •Ensure compliance with quality processes and business regulations
