Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or related field
- 2–3 years relevant professional experience in Account Management, CRM, Sales, Project Management, or Commercial Controlling, ideally in e-commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong analytical mindset with high affinity for numbers and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on, solution-oriented approach and proactive way of working
- Fluent in English and German
Aufgaben
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Acquire new partners in Retail Media
- Advise clients on Retail Media solutions
- Plan, present, and execute marketing campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content
- Plan, coordinate, and manage campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs
- Identify campaign optimization opportunities
- Own internal controlling topics, including revenue reporting, performance analysis, and monthly billing processes
- Support continuous improvement and automation of internal controlling processes
