Account Manager Medizintechnik (Smart Expansion)(m/w/x)
In this role, you will focus on expanding the use of Advanced Patient Monitoring technologies in community hospitals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying new sales prospects, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing essential training to healthcare professionals.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-3+ years of hospital sales experience
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in German and good knowledge of English
- Internal motivation and results orientation
- Ability to travel 80% within the region
- Ability to understand and address customer needs
- Proven experience in the medical devices industry
- Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology
- Understanding of strengths and limitations of products

- Increase APM technology usage in community hospitals
- Identify high-potential sales prospects in emerging markets
- Build connections with anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Provide product knowledge and training to healthcare professionals
- Evaluate performance discrepancies to meet sales goals
- Apply influencing skills to drive buying decisions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Track opportunities in a CRM system for business reviews
