- Provide clients with information and data
- Process orders, trades, transactions, and payments
- Organize and follow up on client meetings
- Prepare logistics and documents for meetings
- Support RMs in investigations and troubleshooting
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and units
- Adhere to compliance, legal guidelines, and internal policies
- Act as the first line of risk defense
- Raise concerns and escalate issues as necessary
