Account Manager Biosciences - French & Italian Speaking(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Scientific/Laboratory background in biology, cell biology, and immunology
- Prior experience with flow cytometry or single cell multiomics
- Self-starter with disciplined territory management
- Ability to build trust-based relationships through empathy, integrity, and personal engagement
- Fluency in French and English; German is an advantage
- 3+ years in capital equipment and reagent sales or technical/commercial roles in flow cytometry or cell analysis
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and achieving revenue targets
- Familiarity with the Swiss healthcare and research ecosystem, including public procurement processes
Aufgaben
- Achieve annual sales targets
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate monthly forecasts in the CRM
- Build relationships with key decision-makers using a customer-centric approach
- Lead territory planning and account mapping
- Submit tenders and bids, and negotiate pricing proposals and contracts
- Conduct high-quality product presentations and coordinate instrument demos
- Translate application needs into solutions, panels, and workflows
- Drive post-install success with adoption plans and customer onboarding
- Coordinate training and service handoffs to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remove barriers
- Ensure timely and complete delivery of services
- Maintain meticulous CRM records and adhere to compliance requirements
