Anforderungen
- 5+ years B2B enterprise sales experience
- SaaS or complex solution sales experience
- Track record closing large, complex deals
- 7-figure deal closing experience
- Creating structure in unstructured environments
- Process writing ability
- Qualification framework design ability
- Partnership launch ability
- Independent prospecting experience
- Ability to work across partner-driven sales
- Ability to work across direct sales motion
- Understanding of broker dynamics
- Quick learner of broker dynamics
- Swiss insurance certification (VBV)
Aufgaben
- Own and manage large enterprise accounts
- Sell to CFOs and HR leaders
- Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with broker consultants in co-selling
- Coordinate handovers to the Broker Sales Team
- Define and test new outbound sales channels
- Write and refine sales processes and playbooks
- Launch partnerships for referrals and expanded reach
- Work with Marketing on ABM campaigns
- Run webinars, workshops, and events
- Represent grape at trade fairs and conferences
- Build case studies and success stories
- Complete Swiss insurance certification (VBV)
