  • Proven track record of success in these sectors
  • Existing network in Retail & Manufacturing industries
  • 5+ years B2B experience selling complex enterprise software
  • Experience selling SaaS
  • History of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Ability to understand customer pain points
  • Ability to articulate Genesys solutions value
  • Effective product positioning in new accounts
  • Experience in new logo acquisition
  • Understanding of effective prospecting tactics
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in team setting
  • Ability to drive success across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in German
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to engage senior leadership
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Aufgaben

  • Proactively identify and engage new logo opportunities
  • Close new logo opportunities in Retail & Manufacturing
  • Develop tailored solutions addressing customer challenges
  • Showcase Genesys’ value to clients
  • Develop and execute account and opportunity plans
  • Ensure a strategic approach to sales engagements
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting and Marketing teams
  • Ensure smooth transitions throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide robust support during the sales cycle
  • Establish trusted relationships with buyers
  • Become a go-to advisor for decision-makers
  • Align Genesys solutions with business goals
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities
  • Review sales progress with senior leadership
  • Foster partnerships with consultants and technology partners
  • Increase Genesys’ reach in key accounts
  • Enhance execution capacity through strategic partnerships
