As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will engage with small to medium-sized businesses, utilizing proactive selling strategies to drive growth and enhance their use of the HubSpot platform. Anforderungen
- •3-5 years in a quota carrying role
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Experience in a complex selling environment
- •Presentation and pitching to C-level executives
- •Management of monthly and annual pipeline
- •Goal orientation with a track record of overachieving
- •Trained or certified in a standardized sales method
- •Understanding of business growth and advising C-level executives
- •Genuine curiosity about business and technology
- •Growth mindset and habit of seeking feedback
- •High performance in areas outside of professional work
- •Additional responsibility in a team environment

- •Develop your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan
- •Identify new prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads
- •Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
- •Close new business and install base at or above monthly quota
- •Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders and directly to C-level
- •Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to refine sales strategy
- •Conduct online and occasional in-person product demonstrations
