- 3-5 years in a quota carrying role
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience in a complex selling environment
- Presentation and pitching to C-level executives
- Management of monthly and annual pipeline
- Goal orientation with a track record of overachieving
- Trained or certified in a standardized sales method
- Understanding of business growth and advising C-level executives
- Genuine curiosity about business and technology
- Growth mindset and habit of seeking feedback
- High performance in areas outside of professional work
- Additional responsibility in a team environment
Aufgaben
- Develop your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan
- Identify new prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads
- Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
- Close new business and install base at or above monthly quota
- Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders and directly to C-level
- Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to refine sales strategy
- Conduct online and occasional in-person product demonstrations
