- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- •2-4+ years customer-facing sales experience
- •Proven track record of meeting quota
- •Excellent communication and influencing skills
- •Ability to sell technical solutions
- •Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- •Ability to work in team selling
- •Experience with SalesForce.com
- •Ability to find new business opportunities
- •Demonstrated negotiation skills
- •German language fluency or business proficiency

- •Manage a defined sales territory in Germany
- •Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- •Develop a strategic territory sales plan
- •Meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas
- •Prospect for all product lines and opportunities
- •Forecast sales and manage lead generation
- •Maintain accurate whitespace data on accounts
- •Collaborate with SEs and the wider POD
- •Partner with channel teams to deliver value
- •Coordinate with SDRs to cover the market
- •Attend corporate trade shows and events
- •Maintain sales pipeline activity in Salesforce
- •Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- •Lead RFP responses for assigned accounts
- •Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle
- •Advise prospects on product portfolio solutions
- •Document customer business and IT strategies
