Account Executive – German OEMs (ADAS / Automated Driving)(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be the key liaison for German automotive OEMs, managing relationships and driving the adoption of Mobileye's advanced driving solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve engaging with senior decision-makers, leading technical discussions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Anforderungen
- •8+ years in automotive OEM-facing roles
- •Demonstrated personal network within German automotive OEMs
- •Proven ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders
- •Strong understanding of ADAS, automated-driving systems, Vehicle E/E architectures
- •Experience leading complex technical and business negotiations
- •Prior experience selling ADAS, autonomous-driving, perception, or automotive semiconductor solutions
- •Familiarity with OEM experience at mid-senior technical & business roles
- •Technical understanding in computer vision, driving functions, semiconductors, or embedded SW
- •Fluency in German

- •Manage business and technical relationships with assigned OEM accounts
- •Build and maintain long-term relationships with VP-level and working-level contacts
- •Oversee the business lifecycle of OEM engagements, including opportunity identification and pricing strategy
- •Support negotiations and program nominations, ensuring follow-through on SOP
- •Drive revenue growth and design-wins across ADAS and automated-driving portfolios
- •Lead discussions on OEM platform architecture and alignment with Mobileye's roadmap
- •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to present technical and business concepts to customers
- •Translate OEM technical requirements into viable solutions with engineering teams
- •Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
