Anforderungen
- •2+ years of B2B SaaS, technical, or energy sales experience
- •Ability to manage and close multi-stakeholder deals
- •Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial verticals
- •Professional proficiency in German and English
- •Willingness to work within structured qualification frameworks
- •Familiarity with energy management or climate-tech
- •Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- •Existing network in German Mittelstand or manufacturing
- •Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS-Vertrieb oder Energielösungen
- •Fähigkeit komplexe Deals mit Stakeholdern abzuschließen
- •Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch
- •Starker Erfolgswille und ARR-Fokus
- •Hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit in dynamischem Umfeld
- •Willingness to conduct on-site visits

- •Drive ARR growth through new customer acquisition
- •Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- •Conduct discoveries and solution demonstrations
- •Present business cases to energy managers
- •Navigate multi-stakeholder deals with technical and commercial buyers
- •Communicate customer-specific ROI and energy cost savings
- •Collaborate with Solution Engineering on tailored product demos
- •Manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent deals
- •Ensure smooth handovers to Customer Success and Onboarding
- •Contribute to pipeline generation through strategic outreach
- •Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and track deal stages
- •Use data to prioritize pipeline and flag risks
- •Provide structured market feedback to the Product team
- •Conduct on-site visits to build decision-maker trust
- •Generate at least €100,000 in new ARR per quarter
