- Familiarity with HR processes such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML)
- Practical experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and concepts
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, dependable, and resilient with strong sense of ownership
- Experience in Ansible playbook development within NetApp environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and T-SQL
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in German is an asset

- Oversee Access Management operations
- Develop automated solutions using PowerShell and Ansible
- Maintain reporting and logging within Active Directory
- Plan secure data migration activities
- Ensure preservation of access controls during transitions
- Contribute to the design of scalable authorization models
- Implement role-based access controls (RBAC)
- Create efficient approval workflows
- Collaborate with project teams on IAM initiatives
- Integrate access controls into system rollouts
- Advise technical teams on access operations
- Guide business units on policy interpretation
- Resolve high-risk access scenarios
