In this role, you will be at the forefront of product development, designing innovative hardware for consumer goods. Daily tasks will involve everything from creating detailed models to collaborating with teams to bring products to market.

Anforderungen

• •5-9 years of experience in mechanical engineering
• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• •Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with injection molding, blow molding, compression molding and silicone injection molding
• •Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, GD&T, and material selection
• •Experience with PLM tools, prototyping, testing, and tooling design
• •Experience with FAI’s and quality testing

Aufgaben

• •Design and develop hardware products using SolidWorks
• •Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models
• •Prepare technical documentation following DFM and DFA principles
• •Conduct tolerance analysis and apply GD&T
• •Select appropriate materials for consumer products
• •Prototype and test designs using rapid prototyping techniques
• •Validate designs through testing and iteration
• •Conduct FAI and support product launch
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take products from concept to mass production
