- Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with injection molding, blow molding, compression molding and silicone injection molding
- Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, GD&T, and material selection
- Experience with PLM tools, prototyping, testing, and tooling design
- Experience with FAI’s and quality testing
Aufgaben
- Design and develop hardware products using SolidWorks
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models
- Prepare technical documentation following DFM and DFA principles
- Conduct tolerance analysis and apply GD&T
- Select appropriate materials for consumer products
- Prototype and test designs using rapid prototyping techniques
- Validate designs through testing and iteration
- Conduct FAI and support product launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take products from concept to mass production
