In this role, you will engineer suspension systems for European vehicles, collaborating with various teams to ensure design compatibility and production readiness. Your work will involve developing new technologies and proposing enhancements to existing components.

Anforderungen
- •Degree in mechanical or automotive engineering
- •Minimum 3 years of professional automotive industry experience ideally with an OEM or Tier 1 supplier
- •Strong knowledge of suspension systems, bushings, mounts, dampers, springs and chassis integration
- •Familiarity with OEM R&D processes, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
- •Experience in analyzing test, simulation, and validation results and translating findings into actionable solutions
- •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize suspension performance for ride and handling
- •Knowledge of advanced technologies is a plus (active suspension systems, MR dampers, composite materials, 3D printing)
- •Excellent communication skills, able to prepare technical reports, proposals and presentations in English
- •Willingness to travel (including mid/long-term trips to Korea), valid EU Driving license B, Software: CATIA V5
