Aufgaben
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from design to commissioning
- Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Act as the primary interface for key clients
- Develop working relationships to drive successful project completion
- Solve complex project problems proactively
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
- Resolve project issues and meet stakeholder requirements
- Manage the design process to meet client expectations
- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules
- Identify cost-saving measures and potential construction problems
- Address discrepancies in project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
- Manage and process contract documents with project teams
- Prepare progress updates and budget status reports
- Report on risk management for stakeholders
