- Several years of relevant merchandise planning experience, ideally e-commerce or omnichannel
- Strong analytical skills
- Technical proficiency in Excel, SAP, planning platforms
- Experience with BI tools (plus)
- Solid understanding of sales metrics, inventory KPIs, planning principles
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
- Collaborative mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- German language skills (plus)
Aufgaben
- Plan and allocate assortment based on channel performance and sales targets.
- Develop new assortment strategies for the Cybex online shop.
- Track weekly performance (sell-out, stock levels, returns).
- Define actionable recommendations from performance tracking.
- Forecast demand with all B2C channels.
- Monitor and optimize inventory across all omnichannel platforms.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Align go-to-market projects with relevant departments.
- Align product availability with relevant departments.
- Align pricing and promotions with relevant departments.
- Support new region roll-outs (IMEA, Japan, USA, Canada).
- Ensure merchandising standards, including stock segregation.
- Ensure commercial rule book alignments.
