You will play a vital role in the patient journey by coordinating complex cell therapy logistics and ensuring seamless communication between clinical sites and manufacturing teams.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s, Master’s degree, completed apprenticeship, or comparable qualification
• •At least 3 years of relevant experience in life science or healthcare
• •Ideally, insights into cell therapies
• •Knowledge of GxP regulations as an advantage
• •High degree of independent working
• •Excellent organizational and communicational skills in English
• •Very good knowledge of German (at least B2 level)
• •Open-mindedness towards rapidly changing requirements
• •Ability to think outside the box
• •High degree of flexibility
• •Structured, reliable, and foresighted work approach
• •Elevated level of individual responsibility
• •Enthusiasm and strong social skills

Aufgaben

• •Manage patient products from collection through infusion
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and manufacturing teams
• •Act as the primary contact for clinical sites
• •Schedule patient journey activities and handle inquiries
• •Maintain chain of custody and identity measures
• •Coordinate drug product shipments and processing slots
• •Update and maintain relevant tracking systems
• •Onboard clinical sites through process training
• •Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
• •File patient journey documents in the eTMF
