- At least 3 years of relevant experience in life science or healthcare
- Ideally, insights into cell therapies
- Knowledge of GxP regulations as an advantage
- High degree of independent working
- Excellent organizational and communicational skills in English
- Very good knowledge of German (at least B2 level)
- Open-mindedness towards rapidly changing requirements
- Ability to think outside the box
- High degree of flexibility
- Structured, reliable, and foresighted work approach
- Elevated level of individual responsibility
- Enthusiasm and strong social skills
Aufgaben
- Manage patient products from collection through infusion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and manufacturing teams
- Act as the primary contact for clinical sites
- Schedule patient journey activities and handle inquiries
- Maintain chain of custody and identity measures
- Coordinate drug product shipments and processing slots
- Update and maintain relevant tracking systems
- Onboard clinical sites through process training
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
- File patient journey documents in the eTMF
