- Operate and develop SAP integrations
- Provide 2nd-level support for incidents
- Manage change requests and system updates
- Analyze and resolve interface errors
- Monitor and optimize system performance
- Develop interfaces via SAP BTP
- Maintain SAP Cloud Integration services
- Coordinate with external service providers
- Integrate legacy systems with S/4HANA
- Support public cloud release cycles
- Ensure continuous IT service availability
- Implement clean core system extensions
- Document the integration architecture
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team
