- Shape future of investment and banking platform
- Drive product enablement for control functions
- Build tech-driven solutions for efficient operations
- Link product strategy, technical execution, and compliance
- Collaborate with control functions and Product Managers
- Identify and understand upcoming regulatory requirements
- Design and implement compliant solutions with data engineering team
- Act as Product Manager for Regulatory Technology domain
- Ensure seamless scaling of control function operations
- Discover and define complex regulatory requirements
- Synthesize requirements for actionable implementation
- Understand requirements across Broker, Wealth, Credit, and Banking
- Integrate new features with regulatory reporting systems
- Own product roadmap and technical specifications
- Work with Data Engineers to design robust solutions
- Drive end-to-end product delivery
- Focus on high execution speed and accuracy
- Apply agile frameworks for development
- Shift from sprint commitments to milestone steering
- Maintain adaptability under changing conditions
