Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or related technical field
  • •5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent role in hardware or robotics innovation
  • •Track record of delivering groundbreaking products from concept to market in automation, robotics, consumer electronics, or food tech
  • •Strong grasp of hardware product development: requirements engineering, rapid prototyping, design for manufacturing (DFM), validation, and scaling
  • •Natural ability to set a vision, inspire, and influence teams, while constructively challenging the status quo
  • •Strong collaboration and communication skills: able to build trust across technical and business stakeholders
  • •Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management frameworks
  • •Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where speed and ambition go hand in hand with quality
