- Create reference architectures and transformation plans
- Provide guidance using RISE with SAP methodology
- Identify innovation use cases like AI and BDC
- Advise on integrated toolchain application for efficiency
- Consult customer management on transformation activities
- Identify and mitigate technical adoption risks
- Drive BTP adoption through Clean Core alignment
