- •Degree in Business Administration, HR, Controlling, Data Analytics or comparable field
- •At least 3 years experience in People Operations, HR Analytics or People Excellence
- •Solid hands-on experience with HR systems like Personio or comparable tools
- •Experience developing KPI frameworks, reporting structures and People & Culture logic
- •Structured, analytical working style and strong affinity for systems and processes
- •Excellent English skills and fluent German (minimum C1 level)
