- Solid experience in business cases, investment evaluations, cost calculations and KPI-based performance analysis
- Proven management reporting and presentation skills; strong knowledge of IFRS and compliance requirements
- Advanced SAP FI/CO and BI knowledge; excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience working cross-functionally across plant functions and global stakeholders
- Background in change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills, multicultural awareness and business partnering mindset
- Team-oriented personality with high energy, self-confidence and willingness to take on leadership and special projects
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Partner with GBS FP&A for month-end closing and financial reporting
- Ensure high data integrity in financial reports
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing sites
- Collaborate with site leadership and GBS FP&A on operational execution
- Steer plant productivity through performance analytics
- Monitor cost development closely
- Act as a finance business partner to site leadership
- Challenge decisions and develop action plans
- Evaluate risks and opportunities
- Develop financial models and business cases for strategic investments
- Support decision-making and scenario planning
- Conduct annual standard cost calculations
- Perform in-depth product cost analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage internal controls for business processes
- Drive initiatives to improve and standardize financial processes and tools
- Lead or contribute to finance and cross-functional projects
